Project Management Concepts and Methodologies - A PMBOK Overview
COURSE OVERVIEW
This 2-day (16 classroom hour) seminar will provide a "hands on" approach to learning the basic project management functions, covering the fundamentals of effective project management and control. The fundamentals provided in this course will help the attendees gain an understanding of cutting edge project management concepts, practices and methodology. This course is an overview of the Project Management Institute's Project Management Body Of Knowledge.
