OVERVIEW This 2–day (16 classroom hour) seminar introduces quality driven philosophies, tools and techniques in the context of Project Management. You will be introduced to the concepts of project quality from a strategic, organizational and tactical viewpoint. The course also defines what it means to be customer focused in an intensely competitive business environment.
