OVERVIEW This 1-day (8 classroom hour) seminar is intended to explore how we can achieve project success in today’s fast paced, schedule compressed and resource environment. Today’s project manager must possess the ability to assess, manage and interact with inherent and unforeseen project risk. This seminar introduces the participants too the fundamentals of Project Risk Analysis and Project Management. A practical and experienced-based approach will be utilized to identify, communicate and develop successful strategies to transform Project Risks into Project Opportunities.

- Risk Response Development - Understand the process and integration of contingency planning. How does contingency draw from and affect scope management and quality management plans?
- Risk Response Control - Implement the risk management plan, determine actions for positive and negative occurrences, maintain control with the unexpected and develop a strategic foundation for workaround thinking
