Building Project Team Communications
OVERVIEW
This 2-day (16 classroom hour) seminar is intended to equip project teams with the tools needed to interact effectively. This highly interactive course will provide attendees with a system to improve team behavior and in turn results. Attention is paid to individual skill sets as the collective culture. The assessment instruments and communications tools utilized in the delivery of this program can be adopted by and organization to continually improve individual and team performance.

  1. This is an “in–house”, training seminar, with Client to provide classroom, LCD Projector, Overhead Projector, Whiteboard with pens and break refreshments for the participants. Facilitator/Mentor will supply books, handouts, computer and relevant PowerPoint Presentation
  2. This fee does NOT include optional membership to PMI
  3. Class Fees are payable in full in US Dollars on/before the first class meeting
