OVERVIEW This 2-day (16 classroom hour) seminar is intended to equip project teams with the tools needed to interact effectively. This highly interactive course will provide attendees with a system to improve team behavior and in turn results. Attention is paid to individual skill sets as the collective culture. The assessment instruments and communications tools utilized in the delivery of this program can be adopted by and organization to continually improve individual and team performance.
