COURSE OVERVIEW This 1-day (8 classroom hour) seminar is intended to explore how we can achieve project success in today’s fast paced schedule compressed and resource scarce environment. Today’s project managers must possess the ability to assess, manage and interact with inherent and unforeseen project risks. This seminar introduces the participants to the fundamentals of Project Risk Analysis and Project Risk Management. A practical and experienced-based approach will be utilized to identify, communicate and develop successful and develop successful strategies to transform Project Risks into Project Opportunities.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND ? Project Managers, Functional Managers, Internal Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Project Team Members interested in understanding Risk in the context of Management by Projects.

- Understand the role of Consultant/Mentor to the Project Team - Develop a model of behavior that solidifies your role as advisor and mentor. Deal with apprehension and cynicism by earning respect based on results oriented action. Utilize established methodologies to close out all expected deliverables

NOTES
- This is an “in–house”, training seminar, with Client to provide classroom, LCD Projector, Overhead Projector, Whiteboard with pens and break refreshments for the participants. Facilitator/Mentor will supply books, handouts, computer and relevant PowerPoint Presentation
- This fee does NOT include optional membership to PMI
- Class Fees are payable in full in US Dollars on/before the first class meeting
