COURSE OVERVIEW This 3-day (24 classroom hour) seminar is intended to be the “capstone” course in the seminar series. This course will provide a “hands on” case study to bringing all the previous seminars together in a real life situation that is tailored to your particular company or department. The program is based upon an interactive CD Rom program developed by PMI and Systemcorp, which will be yours at the completion of the course.

- How to integrated and apply the PMBOK Body Knowledge - This portion of the program is designed to allow you and your class to develop a complete project specifically for you company, division or group, facilitated by a Project Management Professional
- How to apply what you have learned - This final exercise serves are your “final exam” whether or not you intend to take the PMP exam or not
NOTES
- This is an “in–house”, training seminar, with Client to provide classroom, LCD Projector, Overhead Projector, Whiteboard with pens and break refreshments for the participants. Facilitator/Mentor will supply books, handouts, computer and relevant PowerPoint Presentation
- This fee does NOT include optional membership to PMI
