COURSE OVERVIEW This course the 10 modules of the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) in the context of the 5 Processes Groupings. The course consists of 56 classroom hours (8 days) over a 3-month period.

- Day 3 – 6 Intensive 4 days Day Work Shop
- Day 7 – 8 Final Exam Review and Strategy Workshop
It is designed to prepare you for the Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam. Participants will have the opportunity to complete homework assignments and discuss them at the 3-day intensive session. The total program requires 120 hours commitment over a three-month period.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND ? Project Managers, Functional Managers, Internal Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Senior Managers interested in understanding the details of the PMBOK and anyone interested in preparing for the PMP Exam. As the exam and most of the material is in English, a suggested MINIMUM TOEFFL Score of between 450-500 is recommended.

- Project Procurement Management - Knowledge of procurement planning, solicitation planning, bidding/request for proposals, contractor/supplier selection
- Project Communications Management - Communications planning, information distribution, progress monitoring and reporting, and administrative closure
- Project Human Resource Management - Effective identification, deployment and timely use of people on the project. Topics include organizational planning, staff acquisition and team development

- This is an “in-house” training seminar, whit Client to Provide classroom, LCD Projector, Overhead Projector, whiteboard with pens and break refreshments for the participants. Facilitator/Mentor will supply books, handouts, computer and relevant PowerPoint Presentation
- This fee does NOT include optional membership to or PMP Exam application fees. It also does not include any supplemental books.
- Class Fees are payable in full in US Dollars on/before class kick off meeting
- Anyone attending the class, who does NOT pass on the first round, is entitled to attend any subsequent class (offered at Client facilities within a 12-month period) for no additional fee from the instructor
- This fee does NOT include round trip business class flight from Jakarta to city of presentation and 4 star accommodation for instructor for each presentation
